Meet the Founder
Rachel founded Organised Consulting after a career spanning senior people leadership roles across a range of sectors. Having sat on boards and worked alongside CEOs and leadership teams, she understands first-hand the difference that great people strategy makes and the gap that exists for organisations that don't yet have that expertise in-house.
Her approach is direct, practical, and always grounded in the commercial realities of the business. She is supported by Associates who like her, work as a genuine partner to the organisations they support. Organised Consulting does not provide a consultant who delivers a report and disappears, but a trusted senior voice who stays alongside you and your team until the work is done.
Rachel is based in the Cotswolds and works with Uk and global organisations across a range of sectors and sizes, from ambitious scale-ups to established businesses navigating change.
