This organisation required a review of their current People Strategy. Organised Consulting carried out analysis of their current structure and processes, relating this to current trends and best practice in the industry. This also included investigating outsourcing functions to ensure the right future state strategy was implemented.
This professional services company required a recruitment strategy for resourcing function improvement. Organised Consulting did a full review, including their existing processes, supplier review, and spend analysis. Recommendations were made and implemented, reducing spend increasing efficiency to hire, reducing attrition and a better overall experience.
This organisation had never previously carried out a staff survey and wanted to gain feedback from their employees. Organised Consulting assisted with the generation of the staff survey, followed by full analysis and recommendations compiled into a report, which was also presented to the board of Directors. Organised Consulting developed a bespoke group wide training matrix and talent management programme for this professional services company. This included moving all training to a standardised format, recordable on the HR platform, relevant to organisational goals and available online but also face to face through Champions.
This also included the creation and implementation of a funded Leadership Programme to develop and mentor future management and leadership team.
Organised Consulting project managed the selection and implementation of a new bespoke CRM with a value of £150k. This project was a pivotal project for the organisation, not only due to it's value but the importance of the CRM to the operations of the business. The project involved: scoping the requirement; investigating and selecting the most suitable software; designing configurations with the software provider; and running testing prior to go live.
Organised Consulting also ensured a smooth transition moving from the existing software to the new software through effective change management.
